While the week of training in Scottsdale lays a solid foundation, the real learning begins when the Franchise Owner returns home to apply what they learned. That’s why we start the ongoing coaching and support with brief daily coaching calls for the first two weeks. These calls are designed to keep the franchise owner focused on the right priorities and on track with their growth plan.

After the initial two weeks, the coaching calls continue in a weekly format where the franchise owner and Family Smartcare coach are together able to monitor key metrics, discuss operational questions, and ensure that the business remains on track with the established growth plan. And of course, the franchise owner is provided access to the Family Smartcare support system where they can get pressing questions answered whenever answers are needed.

As the Franchise Owner develops and their business grows, the Family Smartcare support team is with them for guidance and support, every step of the way.
